Terms – Class Packs
Class packs expire 12 months after the date of purchase and cannot be transferred to other participants. Class packs are valid to be used for participation in any regularly scheduled class. Workshops and special registrations are not included as they are individually priced and require separate payment.

Auto-renewal plans are designed to make your life easier, saving you time, money and stress. Your monthly fee will be charged to your credit card each month on the same date (day of the month on which you originally signed up). Auto-renewal plans may not be shared. If you need to cancel, please provide us with 30 days notice. One additional monthly fee may be drafted from the credit card on your account if this notice is less than 30 days from the next auto-payment date. The pass will remain on your account for 30 days after your last payment to ensure that you get to take advantage of classes over the full length of time you have paid for. Terms – 12 Month Auto-Renewal Plans
Auto-renewal plans are designed to make your life easier, saving you time, money and stress. Up to 3 additional monthly payments may be drafted from the credit card on your account if this notice is less than 30 days from the next auto-payment date. The pass will remain on your account for 30 days after your last payment to ensure that you get to take advantage of classes over the full length of time you have paid for. To provide notice of cancellation, please call, visit the studio or email hello@inflightfitness.ca. The 12 month auto-renewal plan automatically renews at the end of the 12 month term. If you wish to cancel at the end of the 12 month term, please provide notice in writing to hello@inflightfitness.ca prior to the expiration of the 12 month term. If notice is not provided until after the 12 month term has elapsed, you are committed to a new 12 months term and the 90 day notice requirement period per above applies. Class Reservations
Participants are able to make class reservations beginning 7 days prior to the scheduled class and up to 15 minutes before the start of class.
Classes are limited to a maximum number of participants. We strongly recommend you reserve a spot in advance. You may secure your spot by registering online, or by making a confirmation with the front desk in person, by email or phone, along with your payment.
If you choose not reserve your spot in advance of class, you can choose to stop by the studio at least 10 minutes prior to class. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee a spot in your desired class.

Arrivals
Upon arrival, please sign in with our front desk team. Classes will begin and end on time. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your first class so we you can get signed in, settled into our space and we can answer any questions you may have. Please don’t be late; our classes are designed to start together and end together to be respectful of our students, schedules and instructors. If you are unable to begin and end the class with the group, then we kindly ask that you choose to attend another class. If you have pre-registered for a class and are a returning client we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to secure your spot. If you are not present 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the class we may offer your spot to a student that is here on the waitlist. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be admitted to class and your class pass will be forfeited.

Cancellation – Late Cancellations & No Shows
Note: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are excluded from the late cancellation and no show policy. In order to ensure availability in our AntiGravity Fitness classes we have an 8 hour class cancellation policy. Since unlimited memberships make scheduling classes so convenient, please remember to be responsible and show up for your classes, or cancel on time. When you cancel late or don’t show up, it prevents someone else from taking that class. If you cancel 8 or more hours prior to the start of your class you will not be charged for the class. The 8 hour class cancellation policy for unlimited memberships is as follows: if you cancel a class less than 8 hours before it begins, your credit card will be charged $8. If you don’t show up for a class that you have signed up for, your credit card will be charged $10. These charges must be settled prior to your next class. The 8 hour class cancellation policy for class packs is as follows: if you cancel a class providing less than 8 hours notice before it begins, you will be charged for one class meaning you will forfeit one class in your class pack. Class cancellations cannot be made over the phone, by voicemail or by email. Please use the registration system to make a class cancellation.

Student Rates
Student rates are only applicable with a valid, current student photo ID. Proof of valid, current student ID will be requested at least annually.

Senior Rates
Senior rates are offered to clients aged 60+ and will be applied with a one time presentation of photo ID.

Waitlist
Once a scheduled class is full, you will have the option to enroll on the waitlist. Space on the waitlist is also limited. Up until 2 hours prior to the class start time, if class space becomes available, participants will automatically move from the waitlist into the class enrollment in the same order that waiting list names were taken. You will be notified by email of this enrollment status change (ensure you have opted-in to InFlight Fitness email notifications on your MindBody account). With less than 2 hours prior to the class start time, the waitlist is void and if space becomes available, spaces will open up publicly to all potential participants. Please feel free explore to other class choices in the meantime.
It is your responsibility to check your email if you are on the waitlist to avoid a missed class charge. You have the option to cancel your spot on the waitliist which can be done by visiting your MindBody account under the Classes Tab > My Schedule > Waitlist button.

Email
You may choose to opt-out of email notifications in your account set-up. Please note that opting out of emails means that you will not receive waitlist notifications and other important messages.

Schedule Changes
The class schedule is subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event that a class must change once participants are already registered, those participants will be individually notified. Classes require a minimum of 2 pre-registered participants in order to run as scheduled.

Plan Holds
If you have to take some time off from us, we’ll miss you, but no problem! Upfront payment plans and auto-renewal plans, can be placed on hold up to 2 times per calendar year for a minimum of 10 days. Please visit us in studio or request a Membership Hold Form via email. A Membership Hold Form must be filled out and signed prior to commencement of your hold period. If an additional hold is required (beyond 2 per year), please contact the studio for pricing.

Waivers
All first-time participants are required to fill out and sign a waiver in its entirety. Participants aged 18 or younger must have the waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.

Participant Health
Please consult your medical professional before beginning any new exercise program to ensure it is appropriate for you, especially if you have any existing or prior injuries.

PAR-Q
Regular physical activity is fun and healthy, and increasingly more people are starting to become more active every day. Being more active is very safe for most people. However, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming much more physically active. All new clients will be required to complete a ‘PAR-Q & You’ form. This is a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (Par-Q) which informs yourself and the instructor that you are ready to become physically active.

If the questionnaire concludes that medical consultation and advice is required, InFlight Fitness Inc. has the right to request a doctor’s approval for your participation in physical fitness prior to your participation in any classes.

Refund Policy – AntiGravity Fust Kids/AntiGravity Teens/BJJ Fundamentals
We require that all enrollment fees be received before the start of any enrollment. We will offer refunds for the full cost (less a $25 administration fee), within 7 days of purchase. Once the enrollment has begun, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued for unattended classes during the enrollment.

Refund Policy – Workshops/Enrollments
Due to the additional administration involved in scheduling workshops, fees paid for workshops are non-refundable. However, fees may be transferred to a future workshop (less a $25 administration fee) if cancellation notice is provided to the studio within 48 hours prior to the commencement of the scheduled workshop.

Refund Policy – Teacher Training
Any fees paid for teacher training are refundable up until 30 days prior to the start date of your training. To request a refund, you must notify alison@inflightfitness.ca in writing at least 30 days prior to the start date of your training. After 30 days before the start date of your training your tuition fees are not refundable.

In the rare and unlikely event that, due to unforeseeable circumstances, we need to cancel or postpone a training session, the registered applicants will be notified, and any fees already paid will be either refunded or put towards a future training.

Refund Policy – Retail
Select merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original, saleable condition. Clothing and uniforms may only be returned if unworn. Socks can only be returned if they are in the original packaging. For sanitary reasons, all water bottles are final sale.

Payment Currency
All payments received by InFlight Fitness are processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment.
